Stuck back, it does not engage the slide lock. I whack the back of the gun with my hand to push the slide forward. It's stuck about half way back.

Every 10 rounds or so the slide will get stuck back and not put another round in the chamber. I'm able to slam it forward with my offhand but I would rather not do this, not to mention it would suck in an emergency situation. It has been doing this since the first time I shot it. I have been...
