M&P 15-22 Mags in Mil Spec Lower

I'm under no obligation to thank you for anything you posted even though I did. Nothing you posted added anything to the thread. The only Sarcastic and Uncalled For posts were yours which included incorrect info. Guess if someone doesn't thank you for your posts, you make Sarcastic & Uncalled...

M&P 15-22 Mags in Mil Spec Lower

WOW!!!!! What's your problem man???? If you don't have something positive to add why bother. It's NOT """obviously shorter than a 20 rnd GI mag you state 2 times""", as Majorlk pointed out, the S&W 10 rnd mag is 4.5" which is the same as the GI 20 rnd. Maybe you've never seen a 20 rnd GI mag...

M&P 15-22 Mags in Mil Spec Lower

It'd sure be nice if the other part of my question got answered. How long is the 10rnd S&W Short 15-22 mag or how much of it sticks out below the mag well. Thanks

M&P 15-22 Mags in Mil Spec Lower

That Redi Mag adapter looks incredible!! Wish someone had a short mag that's about the size of the mag well bottom, a 5 rounder. CMMG was working on one but that disappeared from their site. From pictures I've seen, looks like the S&W 10 rnd mag is the same size as a GI 20 rnd. Thanks

M&P 15-22 Mags in Mil Spec Lower

Hello, Do the M&P 15-22 magazines, the 10 rnd ones, work in a Mil Spec lower using a CMMG or other 22 conversion? There doesn't seem to be any short magazines to use on a bench rest. Anyone know the length of the 10 rnd magazine? Is it the same as a GI 20 rnd mag? Thanks

    Bodyguard 380 questions

I just kept putting the mag in & out and now it goes in like normal. The mag release is plastic and maybe needed to be "Broken In."

Thanks for all the replies. It's a 45 min ride to my lgs so it may be worth a ride to check one out.

    M&P Shield Trigger Pull

Just a thought on the Galloway trigger kit. It's great but you need to install the hammer spring with it and if you can get the rear sight out the springs in there as well. Once you put the new trigger bar in, you'll get misfires, something the BG is noted for but you don't want to be the cause...

    Bodyguard 380 questions

It's a crapshoot if you get one that works. Watch Hichkocks videos and you'll see the slide not locking back and misfires, same problems reported by a lot of people here. You'd think he'd get a flaw-free one to do a review on. S&W should charge $20 more and certify that actual one actually...

Continuing major problems with Bodyguard 380

Just my 2 cents. I've had the same problems with my BG380 and several trips back to CS. Seems to work now and I'm confident with it. Don't know if shooting it more could make it more reliable or worse. I've shot 380's back to the early 80's and never had any problems after thousands of rounds...

    M&P Shield Trigger Pull

Hello, Anyone that has a BG380 as well as a M&P Shield could you tell me if the Shield has a long trigger like the BG380 has? The 380 is so long for me it forces me to shoot low. How does the Shield's trigger compare to the Glocks & Springfield XDS? I'd like the USA made Shield but if the...

    New M&P line - Bodyguard 380

I too am glad to hear some good comments about the BG380. Maybe in the year since I got one, they upped their quality control. Mine was horrible and wasn't user error. Misfires, misfeeds and slide not staying locked back. Several returns and parts replaced for each problem. All the problems I...

BG 380 - anyone adjust rear sights?

Hello, M&P Bodyguard Owners manual says you can drift adjust the rear sight with a brass or plastic punch. That's impossible. It's in there so tight you'll marr the slide trying w/o a sight pusher. Yes, I know it goes in/out in one direction. There's not much room on either side for the rear...
