I received my IWB holster from Paul for my new M&P Shield last week, and I couldn't be happier with it! He definitely gets my vote for offering an outstanding mix of simplicity & quality, and he will be getting more of my business soon when I order his OWB and a mag carrier.

Aaaaaaaand I finally got it - picked my Shield up yesterday morning! Haven't had a chance to get to the range with it yet, but I did at least get some hands-on time with it. Fits the hand really nicely, I think this is gonna be a real sweet shooter! Here's a quick pic of the new happy couple:

I paid msrp of $449 +tax, which I'm fine with, even though many have paid less. I just wouldn't go any higher than that, such as on gunbroker where they are running for $550-600.

Got a call from The Gun Store yesterday, my turn finally came up after a little over 2 months on their waiting list. They have one 9mm coming in for me in a few days, so I went in and took care of all the paperwork. This Shield business has been almost as difficult as trying to find good pizza...

I got a heads-up call yesterday from my lgs that they had one (1) Shield coming in, special order for me, should take about five days to arrive. Went down, signed all the paperwork, paid in full, now just have to wait for it to come in! Looks like I'm finally gonna be in with the "in-crowd"!
