    A friend just bought a S&W 6 shot with bobbed hammer that was bought sometime around 1940. SN 132731. Any idea what it is? I don't have pictures of it yet.

    M&P SHIELD 0.40 CALIBER MAGAZINE DROP PROBLEM POLL

    My sn is DXX---- I don't have dimples on either of the mags but will have tomorrow. No sense in sending this to S&W, a proper mag catch/release would fix it as would a better fitting mag, but as long as the dimple fixes the problem and it continues to function as well as it has when it works...

    What did you shoot/reload today?

    Today I loaded 41 mag for my model 58 4 inch and 44 mag for my 29-2 6 inch. Shot both.. Good day. Blitzfike
