    Arizona permit class

Nevada residents must have a Nevada concealed carry permit or may open carry. Open carry is common outside of Las Vegas.

    Arizona permit class

As others have stated no class needed for the OP. Submit finger prints, expired permit and fee. In less than a month you will have permit in hand.

    IWB holster for S&W 686 2.5"

You should look at frontier gunleather. This one is for a 686 4". It's quite comfortable considering the weight and the size. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk

    N Frame possible crack

It is most likely a scratch. A crack that long would have some depth. You would be able to see that by looking at the cylinder window end of the "crack". Of course a dye penetrant inspection would give you a conclusive answer. I agree with G-Mac those +P rounds can cause a lot of damage;)

    S&W Blued Bead Blast Question

The glass bead operation will remove the bluing. My guess is the extra $60 charge for carbon steel models covers the refinish. Please post photos when you get it back. Call S&W to find out for sure.

    Which Press to Buy?

I use a Rockchucker and a Dillon 450B. I think a good starter press would be a Dillon BL 550, it's a basic press and easy caliber changes.
