Debating on Getting Rid of my Brand New M&P9 in Favor of a Sig P226

As many people have already said, the 226 is a fine firearm, but it is in a totally different price range. it seems like you should look into the all metal 3rd generation smiths 5906 or a 915 would do you well. Also they pop up used all the time for great deals in great shape. Good Luck

Hints of new M&Ps pistols coming...

I would love to see just 1 full size all metal offering in the M&P line. I hate the feel of a polymer pistol in my hand and I think many people agree. Go back to the alloy frame like some of the 3rd gens. Heck, even use some new fancy alloy to help with the marketing.

    Another Model 915 Thread!

Update: Went to the range last night with a buddy of mine and we pushed 250 rounds thru the 915. No problems at all. Smooth and accurate, but man was it loud compared to the .22s other people were shooting there. Also got a lot of compliments from the other shooters and staff there about how...

    Another Model 915 Thread!

I couldnt take the wait any longer and went and picked up the 915 on Friday. I broke it down, and lubed everything back and had the chance to fire a mag thru it. The gun felt great to shoot, nice DA pull and great single action trigger pull. Ill get a photo up soon

    Another Model 915 Thread!

Thanks for the replies everyone. And my mistake mixing up the ano for bluing, i knew that! The wear that I saw was indeed on the rails where the steel slide meets the frame. There wasnt any gouging or anything like that just some shiny exposed alloy that stood out a bit. With that being said...

I saw the trade ins on CDNN, but with shipping and FFL fee it would probably end up to be more. Also I dont really like to buy things like this sight unseen. Thanks for the Reply!

    Another Model 915 Thread!

Hey All, Im new around here and have been checking out all the Model 915 Threads. I have been in the market for my first Handgun for a few months now, weighing my options/needs, and of course the caliber debate. After months of debate with myself I narrowed down my criteria. I want to spend...
