I went with the Crimson Trace 105. My 642 is my main choice for pocket or ankle carry. I was willing to give up the shooting comfort from the 405 in order to get a slightly smaller form factor of the 105. I have the option of using a shooting glove at the range if needed.

That might be an option. FYI... after almost a 5 month wait, I just received a holster from K&D for a 3913. The 3913 fits tightly, as you would expect from a brand new holster. The 908 will not fit. So... if you're looking for custom leather, better get it fitted for the 908.

Thanks for the great UNS photos. While that does place the snaps at the wider/thicker part of the pistol, I really like the leather extending out the sides. I'm sure that makes it much more comfortable. Reminds me a little of the Brommeland MaxCon V. That's a favorite of mine.

FWIW... I just bought a regular 3913 on gunbroker and paid $400. 2 mags, no box. By the time I paid shipping and local FFL transfer, I've got $470 in it. That was a bit more than I wanted to spent, but I was tired of looking for one. I don't regret it. I'll have this for many, many years.
