    4 inch Model 65 and 3 inch model 13

Get that 13 a T grip and call it a day.

Rediscovered my very best pre war 38 M&P

That is a wonderful example of an early S&W. I would love to have something like that.

9mm J-frame Moonclip Profile Compared to 9mm LCR Moonclips

I have a S&W 642 with a 940 cylinder installed, it will use both S&W clips and Ruger SP-101 clips. I prefer the SP-101 clips as they are sturdier.

    My five inch Combat Masterpiece

Nice piece. I also think that S&W missed the beat when they did not offer a 5" variant of the 19 or even the 13, a long mid weight 5" barrel on a 13 would have been sweet.

    question about my new 940

940 to 940-1 was a change in the frame size to a magnum frame to accommodate the longer cylinder of the 357 magnum cylinder.

    5" M&P Arrives

The only thing that would make it better for me would be a round butt.

Why did S&W discontinue the 940?

I had one, it was heavy, I bought a 940 cylinder and had that installed in a 642, the best of both worlds. If S&W can make a 340 in 357 it would work in 9mm.

    586 lug cut down

I was the one who did the cut down of the 586, I did it with a small bench grinder. It took a few hours to grind it off. Next time I would have a metal shop band saw it and then grind to fit. It looks like S&W redid the front of the underlug to match a typical S&W look. It looks like a great...

Found A Nice Model 58 At The Farm Store

The 58 is just about the only N frame I am interested in.

    Model 58 find

Nice, the 58 is the one N frame I would buy.

    Model 10-6 Transformation?

That would be a nice way to make it look good, even 3.5 inches would be great.

Will the New Redi-Load Grip for S&W 642 Store .357 rounds too?

Looks like a great idea, with a Hip grip thing added and a T grip it might be a great thing. But $80, no way.

    Perfect "Kit Gun" Concept

For me it would be my 35-1 cut to 5" that 6" barrel is just a little too long.

    Value of .38 Model 1905, Change 3

I see it as a $250 gun. It is finish challenged yet mechanically looks good, I couldn't really tell unless I physically handled it. There is some wear on the grips, but nothing terribly bad. The screws do not look buggered, so it might not have been opened. It is built prior to the S&W heat...

    Model 35-1 find

I really like mine, I paid $295 IIRC and it shoots great and it is claimed by my #2 daughter.
