Still questioning how easy will it be to get the rear sight blade?

By the time I had the answers I wanted from this forum the seller left the show...early. Now working via phone. Stay tuned.

Revolver is missing rear sight blade. How difficult is it to find a replacement? Waiting on a reply before I jump.

May I suggest it was the initials of the original owner? I know I initial some of mine. The script indicates early school penmanship.

Ill let you know what was paid for it when the show opens...

Kicking the door at a local gunshow selling a 44 special triple lock with target sights and 6.5 inch barrel. Reblued some pitting (no picture) . Asking 1100.00. I don't have one in any condition and almost ready to jump. Do I or do I save my money? TIA Charlie

If it were mine. I'd leave it alone no welds no hammer removal and figure out what cartridge fits. Then I'd shoot it with light loads enjoying it as it is. Then I'd start looking for my next acquisition. Isn't that what most of us do? We are never satisfied...

Not sure. Assumed gray box for nickel. Ill check serial number for year of manufacture

My new to me K 22... 80%...serial number 143503...five-screw with correct serial number diamond grips came in a gold Smith box. The faded number on the bottom of box does not match revolver. Is the gold box correct? Ball park value? TIA Charlie

Scope appears to be a late 60's bushnell, about 1.5 power.

I use a Burris fast fire on my 460.

I shoot a 460 with a 2x Leopold. There isn/t any possible way the scope would hit my face...unless I allowed the recoil and entire revolver to hit me. JMTCW Charlie
