I have a copy of the book that was supposedly issued in conjunction with the presentation set. It is autographed by Ranger Capt. Manuel T. Gonzaullas aka "Lone Wolf." and is very interesting to read and loaded with lots off pictures.

In addition to the normal butter and milk, I also add a couple of tablespoons ( or more ) of horseradish. Guests always like it but never guess what the unusual flavor is.
