Well I want a new carry. The boberg is so picky on ammo. It pulls ammo that is not crimped out of the shell. i dont mind buying expensive ammo but the other day it did it to hornady ammo. This worries me for a gun that is used to protect my life.
That sounds like the newer model. The older ones have always been more desired is what I am understanding. Larry Seecamp only made so many and they were all test fired by him. the early production from Milford from what I understand are pretty desirable...
what do you mean by pretty good money? I cant find alot about the older models online. Hardly any for sale... Some at $1500 and some at $950. That is what is confusing me on the Seecamp. the serial number is LS177*
I have a fairly used Boberg xr9s and I have two decent trade offers. What would you do between the two?
A milford ct made seecamp 380 lws

Ok so I am thinking of buying this from a guy in Houston. It is a 686 that he said was sent to JARVIS gunsmith in Montana... To buy or not to buy???
What would you price it at?
yeah I will have to get some nice grips for her. Spiegel I see is on back-order and is not taking new orders. Anyone have any other recommendations? Pictures of 66 3inch with grips?
Doug,
I was hoping that porting would help ease the kick of full load 357 ammo. Do you not see it as being any different? I have a ruger sp101 done by gemini and he did some amazing work to it.
Serial Number Info?
Serial Number starts with BNY... I saw on past threads this could help identify where it came from. Anyone that can provide info it is greatly appreciated.
