Sales refused to LE in ban states

I am surprised no one here on S&W forum have not called out Smith & Wesson on this... Hey Smith &Wesson... when are YOU going to join the NY ban to LE and Govt officials too? This also goes for Sig Sauer and Glock...

    Prostate Cancer

I was at 3, then 3.5, had the biopsy but almost died due to e coli from a perforated intestine and wrong anti-biotics. Took 3 days in ICU but obviously survived. That was two years ago and I get my PSA every 6 months. I went up to 13 and I told the doc, I will not have the biopsy in the office...

Glad I was Packing My 442

One has to do what they have to do. Since I feel I am a responsible CCP owner, I also feel no conflict carrying in stores with gun free signs. I prefer to feel safe rather than to rely on a store greeter or other employee taking down a BG... (note sarcasm) Seems the hospital was screaming for...

Smith & Wesson® Withdraws from Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show®

The show is not showing any exhibitors as no shows... They are still listing them as attending... pretty low in my opinion

    M&P Shield 9 garbage wish I hadn't bought

So the real problem is the GF is not strong enough to pull the slide back? This is a common issue among some females and fewer males. The way to get around this is instead of pulling the slide back, have her hold the slide with her non-strong hand and PUSH the gun forward with the strong...

    Daughter's first gun...not a Smith...

What are you dad? crazy? She's gonna shoot her eye out... LOL... Yep, I'd keep her locked up till she was 21+... I'd also recommend you clean you rifle in plain view the day the first suitor comes to the door... ;)

    You guys predicted it

So, you 22LR shooters are using them for target practice only with an occasional squirrel or two? I like the looks but don't understand the envy? Maybe I need to check them out at the next gun show and then I can come back here sheepishly asking for forgiveness?

Seller's Question about S&W Warranty on Revolvers? + HEADS UP!:

I had recent surgery for my right wrist I broke 20 years ago. Apparently, I had bone on bone and had the scaffloid bone removed, scraped off all calcifications and then had 4 stainless steel screws put in. My wrist lost about 40% of its up and down (like waving) but all the pain is gone. I...

New to reloading. I need recommendations for powder.

Assuming you are looking for plinking ammo, I can address 9mm on your list... I use: Bullet wgt/brand:110 Rem FMJ Powder: HP-38 4.6g Primer: Fed Sm Pistol The above is a nice load, low recoil and great for multiple plinking all day long.

Pelosi's goal: irreversibly weaker NRA's political power

No worries, the world ends Dec 21st anyway so no big deal... I don't understand how Pelosi can weaken the NRA... They are signing up an increase of over 8,000 new members per day since the shooting... Sorry, no offense, but I smell troll... If I saw this in print, I would give it more than...

    Last freebie of the year...

Nice neighbor Sip... good looking weapon as well. Have fun. I am sure buying those rds will not break the bank as it would not be a range plink gun so go have fun and get good at shooting it and then enjoy carrying and recalling your neighbor...

Can you spot what's missing in this picture?

When I taught high school, I was able to have a Christmas tree in the classroom because we donated it to a needy family in our area. The students would bring older ornaments and I'd 'find' strings of lights to make it look great. The other teachers for the most part were glad to come in and see...

    Lets see your reloading benches

Why not flip the bolts over when you have the set up correct and use carriage bolts so the head are rounded on top? You could even counter sink them so the work surface is mostly flat... just a thought...

I got pulled over today while carrying.. Didn't tell the cop

Maybe the LEO did not ask if you had a gun because he saw your USAF Dress Blues and figured... AF don't normally have weapons... Just BA planes and bombs and stuff... (jk)... BTW, thanks for your service... Now back to the thread... In our state, we don't have to tell but I have no problem...
