    Bought a new 45 Shield that had a defective recoil spring assembly right out of the box. Called S&W on Mon morning, and the the new assembly arrived in Wednesday's mail. MA to TX in 2 days ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Thank you Mark and Rachel. Merry Christmas

    Brand new 45 Shield, bought this morning RSA fell apart upon first disassembly, 0 rounds thru it. Older 40 Shield has been flawless

    bought a new 45 Shield this morning Upon initial disassembly the RSA separated leaving me with a brand new pistol. My other M&Ps including a 40 shield have been flawless, but my new one has me angry .....Thanks for letting me blow off steam, and no, the problem aint yet fixed !@

    Shield Recoil Spring Fell Apart

    Bought a new 45 Shield this morning. Upon arriving home I disassembled to clean and lubricate prior to firing...... Guess what ? when I removed the RCA there was no end cap ? or if there was I can't find it. anyway the new gun is useless as the RCA is not complete. I have another shield and 4...
