i just bought one about a week ago, went out and shot with it, im kind of 50/50 with it, it does give you a better grip under the rifle, but at the same time I am more accurate using the 2 finger (one over and one under) the barrel grabbing around the end of the rail, so i slid mine all the way...

I paid $544 tax included out the door at my local gun shop, didnt know them or anything, just asked them to match a net price and they did, thats on the MOE version

i saw those at cabelas but they said they did not work with .22 ammo, have you tried them with yours? They said they required a certain grain or a certain velocity, both of which the .22lr did not meet

what do you mean by binary targets? :confused: or do you just mean the exploding targets?

i have actually shot at those, they do work well, they are just too easy to plink all 4 and then reset, i was thinking the dueling tree i could shoot on side then the other all the way down the tree so it would be a little harder to acquire the targets

what do you prefer angled or vertical? after reading the whole story behind the creation of the angled it sounds advantageous, but it could also just be the story they use to sell these things, what do you guys like and why?
