AR 15-22 MOE

My territory manager at work has a neighbor who is a licensed gun dealer and he said he could get me the MOE version for me for $555 out the door. He's only charging 5% over cost. All I have to do is get the rest of my money together and have him order it.

The standard M&P15-22 with the A1 flash suppressor is $385 - $435 delivered plus your $20 FFL transfer fee.

Not sure why the MOE version would be $555 (plus sales tax?). Doesn't do anything differently.

Single Point Sling attachment = $?

Approx $200 + "$385 - $435" = $585 to $635.

MBUS are folding sights and are considerably lighter than original sights. MOE Stock has features the original stock does not. There is no single point sling attachment on a regular 15-22. MOE grip has a different design and available storage features.

I got my MOE for $550 out the door through Davidsons without knowing anybody.

Although it seems like "Cheaper than Dirt" lives up to their name. $488 +$11 shipping (Seems cheap, but that's what their calculator said) +$transfer. So if I could get a $20 transfer fee, which I can, that would be even less than I paid.

I paid $544 tax included out the door at my local gun shop, didnt know them or anything, just asked them to match a net price and they did, thats on the MOE version

Most local shops around here have the standard for anywhere between $459 to $479 regular price. A friend of mine just bought a MOE at a local shop for $612 including tax.

I got my MOE version for 499 out the door at a gun show. For me, most of my gun buying happens there. Good deals to be found. All you need is patience.

So my boss tells me his neighbor said it should be in in about 4 days. Then he tells me his neighbor lives in Mississippi and he's not going up to his propterty until this coming weekend so I wont be getting it until next Monday

My boss said I can go up to his property and pick it up Sat after i get off and also shoot it while I'm there. He said theres some varmits up there that need some taking care of.

So I went pick it up yesterday making a 220 mile round trip. I only shot about 50 rounds through it and had 3 or 4 FTE's. My serial # starts out DUL and other than the few fte's had a blast firing the few rounds I did. I'll post pics as soon as I get back home from taking family pics.
