I used to belong to a gun club that had a member's lounge. As far as I know they are still operating and there hasn't been any issues. People typically went there for a beer or two in the evening. when people went to shoot they went to the ranges and not to the lounge. I don't see a problem...

Maybe they don't have to make it onto the roadway. Perhaps they could just put panels along side of the highways...
