The $4K is the reason it’s still sitting there. The most I ever paid for a triple lock was $850 and that one is in 455 Webley!

Smith 640 .357 for pocket carry and Sig 365 9mm with Strike Industries slide and a Cylee green dot. I tried two different generations of Romeo’s but couldn’t obtain zero. The Cylee has been great and is submersible. (Yes I’ve had it under water. Don’t ask.)

I picked up these grips and a pair of Hogues for $8.

I recently did my first pair. They are not original to the gun, the correct grips are on order, so it was an experiment. I used shellack and polyurethane.

This is one of my favorite self-defense / home defense loads. Easy to control, heavy bullet, not likely to go through every wall in the house, and should you wind up in court… “hey, they are target loads not Black Talons.” Although I have a few of those too!

Liberty Tree has used, though filthy, K frame service grips with logo for around $40.

I ordered a Police trade in Model 67. Sadly it isn’t marked. To my joyous surprise it came in its original box, but wearing a set of N frame grips. What grips is it supposed to have?
