Very nice 27-2. From the two pics I see, would rate it at 98%. Value at $1000 give or take, depending on buyer motivation. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks ya all!! Great information. The single action I have in mind to trade for is in the $800 to $900 range. It is a Ruger 357 Maximum with original box and paper work. Like condition 98%. With this info I have some leverage in the trade. If not I am in no hurry.

I acquired this 27-2 today. Was curious as to approx how many were produced in nickel with 8 and 3/8 inch barrel? Has the 3T's and in beautiful condition. Thanks for any info.

Serial #396557, 17 no dash, has old style ejector rod. I guess it is hard to say when the 17 phased out and the -1 came on the scene.
