It is close, I'm still working on it, gunsmith class is shut down for now. Stocks on the 76s would fold when firing some times, I'm not modifying any of the original parts.

Wanted something differ then the 76 stock, Came up with an adapter to use a Sig folding stock

Just finishing a semester at gunsmithing class. Here is some items I made for a Smith 76. The top sear is full auto only, more trigger link surface contact. If you can not find it you have to make it.

I have a chance to get one, both are 95% which one for long term. pro or con

I have a chance to pick up a 30-1 round grip or a 31-1 square grip both are 2 in barrels, and 95% finish, besides the grips what is differ in them, and which one over the other to pick.

He was reading it off a screen, when asked if any other way to check the cylinder, no just check for a F

Just talked with S&W customer service about a 624, he said if the cylinder is marked F it was checked?

Picked it up saturday. 2 1/2 barrel, wrong grips. Any infor on year manufactured 13K2XXX

I also saw one at a local shop the other day too. 6" barrel, shot alot, cleaned very little. Rear sight blade bent, they also had a 686 4" barrel from the same person, with half the rear sight blade broke off. I passed on them, I don't think the original owner took care of them.
