Update to previous post UPDATE! I received an email from FedEx yesterday saying my package was shipped from Paducah, Kentucky and will arrive this Thursday. It will require an adult signature. I guess patience is a virtue.

It may be your grip I had the same problem until my son pointed out that my grip was not correct. He called it "limp wristing". Showed me the correct grip and bingo, problem solved! I hope the problem is that simple for you and wish you success in correcting it.

Received email that they received Shield 9 M&P on 8/17/17 for warranty repair. Notified today 9/6/17 that it has been repaired and shipped. Very good turnaround time in my opinion.

Received acknowledgment today My just purchased on 8/3/17 M&P 9 Shield was sent on the 8th and received by them 8/11. Received an acknowledgment via email today of its receipt and an RMA number. Don't know how long it will take to repair rear sight that was way off center.
