Has Anyone Received Their Ammo & Mag Loader??

Shouldn't be much longer

Bought my M&P 9 Shield 8/3. Submitted rebate request online the same day. I received a letter 2 weeks ago from Milano telling me that my submission was invalid because I used a PO box for my shipping address. That was my mistake. The letter said to resubmit the request by mail NOT ONLINE which I did and this week the Milano update site now shows it as a valid request.

Bought a new 2.0 M&P and mailed in my receipt and info on August 1st and have tried calling Melano many times and kept getting mail box full....Tried again today and finally got a lady to answer....I gave her my name and zip code and the date I mailed it in but she couldn't find any information that they ever received my form....She asked for the gun serial number which I didn't have and I was told to try calling back next week...What a joke!!! I like the pistol but really only bought it because of the great rebate which looks like I will never receive....S&W is a great company and should step up and do something about this mess, really an embarrassment.....
Don't call Milano, call S&W.

A signature and validation of age is required because of the ammo.

I'm not sure how this package is coming signature or not, but if it is signature required, it's not because of the ammo.

Mag loader

About that mag loader, yeah, I will be sticking with my UpLULA. Way simpler with a lot less bulk and moving parts.

I really can't see any advantage to using one of these over my UpLULA. I think it would be faster also.

I submitted my rebate by mail and prof of delivery said it was signed for on 9/25. It just showed up on Milano's website on 11/1. I guess I'm in line for Christmas delivery!!!!!!

yes!!!!

had to call at least 3 times the past 2 months, however, received the 2 mags, ammo and loader last week, so , it is coming, they just take their time

I get ammo dropped off at my house all the time without signing for it. I do have to click a box "certifiying" I am over 18 when I order it and Milano could have done the same thing. Although I would think my having just bought a handgun would be all the proof of age needed.

I finally got someone to answer at MPS...Spoke to a nice lady named Hanna who said you can still fax the form directly to her at 856-314-8270 and she will process it....I first set mine in by internet but never showed up on their web site so I mailed a copy which they say was never received so I hope the fax works.....The direct mailing address is MPS 2615 River Road unit 1 Cinnaminson NJ 08077. I hope the 3rd time is the charm

I submitted my claim on line 27 September. Guess I have a long time to wait. I called the number on the rebate certificate and they said that I probably won't even see acknowledgement on the Milano site until late November or early Dec. What a way to run a railroad!

Yep Long wait, but u should get it by Spring 2018!

Got an e-mail today from FedEx that SAW (Smith and Wesson) in Pahduka, KY was sending me a package weighing 3 lbs. and requires an adult signature. I sent in my rebate form in around the end of June/early July. I am guessing that my mags/reloader/ammo is on the way.

I got my FedEx email today for my rebate shipment. I filed my rebate August 6th, so it will be 14 weeks. Except I'm not home to sign, and won't be for another week and a half. So I had to put my FedEx on vacation hold, so they will hold it for me till I get home.

I should have know it would come when I wasn't there. No I shouldn't have, who would have guessed 14 weeks for a rebate.

What bothers me is that mine does not show on Milano website even after almost 2 months. Seems like most people are looking at 12 weeks or so, so i guess ill remain patient.

Mine didn't show on Milano for nearly three months. And when it finally showed up, it said it was entered August 14, which was 11 weeks before it showed up.

As others have said, be patient. (I wasn't)

I did my rebate on August 8th online, and finally got the Milano rebate inquiry site to show "info received" a few weeks back. I got the Fedex notice for something coming from "SAW" and due to arrive yesterday, and at first I thought "Oh great, that evil looking clown doll on the tricycle from the "SAW" movies is coming after me, and will say "Let's play a game".

It arrived yesterday, and was signed for at my apartment complex office by the staff. I opened it at home and the ammo was on top with the two magazines next to it, and some crumpled up brown paper in to take up space. I pulled them all out and saw tucked down between the box inside with the Caldwell loader in it was a third magazine. I don't know if someone lost count or got distracted during packing or if they threw in an extra for the long wait, but I'm not going to complain about it. :D

I received an email confirmation of shipment on the way from SAW. Roughly 3 months from purchase date. Happy it's on the way.

Mine did not show up either. Last week I called Milano and got right through(didn't expect that) and spoke to a very helpful woman who looked up and verified they had all of my information. She stated this rebate is processed by S&W, Milano just inputs it.
