I have a 586 that has sheared the hammer stud. I have attended the Revolver Admirers class. This is beyond my ability. My problem is I have sent 2 emails over the last 8 months inquiring where and how to send my pistol in for repair. I have not received any response. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I should proceed. Thank you in advance. Louis

If it is the Hammer Nose (the part that hits the primer), I got one online at Numrich along with a Hammer Nose Rivet. A local gunsmith installed the parts. It was a simple job for a gunsmith.
