.357 Sig has dedicated brass. Rim diameter is the same as .40 S&W and 10mm, but the length is right in between the two.
You could resize 10mm brass, but you'd have to cut it down. It's a bit too long, otherwise. Also, 10mm uses large pistol primers where .357 Sig data is all for small pistol...
