The same thing happen to mine. The ends at the back strap started to peel back. I used a drop of superglue on each tab end and pressed them back in place. I immediately cleaned any glue residue and the the ends have never been a problem again.
Try always using the last urinal where the side you are carrying will face the wall. This lowers the chance of someone sneaking up to grab your handgun. If the last urinal is being used and you can't wait, then use a stall.

I agree, times have changed. Try doing that now a days and you probably won't make it from the airports parking area to the terminal building without being arrested.
