Concealed Carry Question

Bianchi #135 Suppression

sstewart, I wear a tucked polo shirt for work too. I use the Bianchi #135 Suppression IWB holster and it works great and is very comfortable. It has black C-clips that are hardly noticeable against my black black belt.

Depending on your shape, or the shape you're in, you might be better looking at the pocket holsters or a good ankle holster.

I've been with guys that carried Glock 19s in ankle holsters and you would never see them (too heavy for me).

I agree with using a pocket holster. I wear a polo shirt Monday thru Friday and carry my Shield in my front right pocket. No one even knows I carry.

First off, good luck with that process! I hope they've got it all worked out and it goes smoothly for you. Second, as mentioned above there are plenty of tuckable holsters! rgrizzle leather and shtf gear are my favorites. Good-luck friend!

I agree that business casual can be difficult, especially with a polo shirt. OK when standing, but prints readily when bending over for something, tuckable or not.

I like IWB or OWB at 4 o'clock a lot, and it's my preferred mode. However where an untucked shirt or covering garment like a sports coat, jacket or sweater aren't appropriate an Alessi ankle holster or a good pocket holster are really good options for me.

I say forget IWB and go quality mouse gun. NAA Pug or Seecamp .32 in the pocket. Done.

A picture is worth a thousand words:

This guy is wearing a "tuckable" holster with his shirt tucked. See how the shirt actually goes behind the clips? With a black belt it would be less obvious.

What kind of a gun that guy tucks???;)
My GALCO King Tuck doesn't work that easy with my M&P9C...
Perhaps my 42" waist have something got to do with it?

Try tucking around the clips. If that doesn't work you might need to get a different holster. If memory serves I think Mitch Rosen used to have one called "The Journeyman", it had a key carrier that disguised the belt loop/clip and I think it was functional as a key carrier too.

It is the workman.

I have a crossbreed supertuck for my XD9. I purchased the tuckable clips, unlike the picture posted the clips go under the belt so there is very little to see.

Ditto on the crossbreed. I got the Velcro j hooks and also one of their gun belts that has Velcro sewed all the way around it allowing for many options. Nothing shows with the shirt tucked in. Belt is very heavy duty and comes in black or brown. It's 1 1/2"
