Hi! For some reason I did not get the email you sent to our customer service dept. Sorry about that! Your gun, ALB8340, did not come through Horton's. That was a very large run, and S&W did sell some of those to other distributors at the end of the run.

I've had the same experience. A while back I broke a decapping rod - my fault - I called to buy a replacement, my fault I explained. Bottom line, they sent me one at no charge. They were excellent!
