Well Ive done a bit more research and I think I have answered my own question. They are sold out of service marks. The wonders of the internet... Any comments would still be appreciated as we dont know all that much about this piece ..

Thanks for the reply and the info. I paid just over $400 so I feel I did fairly well. There were 2 at the show i was at today offered by 2 different sellers. Both had the same asking price of $500. I chose this one as the box and papers were in much better shape.
