I have 2 holsters from LaTour Custom Holsters. Both are for my Shield. Excellent workmanship! I hve a full kydex and a single clip hybrid. I would not hesitate to buy another holster from him. Most I have ever waited was 2 weeks. He has a Facebook page with all his holster on there. Richard

Thanks for all the replys. I checked a feew local dealers and the prices ranged from $589.00 to $499.99. I think I will just stick with the $499.99 new at a differend dealer. Richard

Never rode the slide. Just got off the phone with S&W and the tech guy said that it was normal.
