Thanks for the pictures. I purchased a used Safariland duty holster made for S&W 1006 that should do for the time being, it is black with a thumb break and once you holster the gun, you cannot get it out unless you know how. You have to pull backward on the gun before it will release and come out.

I've got a S&W 1006 with 2 extra magazines and I'm looking for a suitable holster for it, and I got to wondering what the FBI issued to their agent's for it? Anybody know?

Loading/reloading the 10mm makes it a very versatile round that can pack quite a punch for hunting or a mild round for target/plinkng or anywhere in between. Casting and lube sizing your own lead bullets just makes it even better and cheaper. 10mm, when you care enough to send the very best.
