I bought some IMR Trailboss and .44 200 grain RNFP Oregon Trail Bullets
and after trying some light loads in my two .44 S&W's I think I will continue
The powder burns very clean and meters well in my RCBS powder measure but not in my Redding measure. Case volume is excellent, no way to double...
My .44 629 with light loads shoots 4" low at 25 Yards with the rear sight near the top of the adjustment. I am thinking that replacing the rear sight leaf with a taller one will help............

Thanks for the info, with this tutoring I have determined it is a 3rd style 2" round butt. I get by Villa Rica, Ga where Ga Arms is located and hopefully I can find some ammo. I think the 100 or so rounds I have now won't last long at the range.
Would it be safe to say any commercial ammo that you could find would be safe ammo....The Magtech has a Hollow Point version, or is there something better available........Didn't see any Buffalo Bore available
