Dry Fire a Model 41, 22LR OK, or Not OK

Does the ejector pull these out when you cycle the action? If not how many strikes do you get?

Dry Fire a Model 41, 22LR OK, or Not OK

Has anyone come up with a workable method to dry fire a 41 continuously without damage? I am a competitive shooter that live fires 15,000 rounds a year and proper practice involves hundreds of dry fires per week. If you load a spent cartridge or snap cap, it is not only time consuming but it...

    Re-line a Model 41 barrel

I am a Bullseye shooter with two Model 41's. I shoot Clark barrels, Clark trigger jobs and Ultradots mostly. This set up shoots 0.50 - 0.75" from a ransom rest at 50 yards with Lapua Midas+ or Eley Tenex (red box). This set up has gotten me into the 860's for a 900 match after about a year. I...

    Re-line a Model 41 original barrel

I am a Bullseye shooter with two Model 41's. I shoot Clark barrels, Clark trigger jobs and Ultradots mostly. Does anyone know of a resource for complete takedown instructions for the 41?

    Model 41 trigger

I will call Clark tomorrow and get the G2 on their 41 trigger job. I use their 41 barrel without the backstrap and I have never had an alibi in 10 months of Saturday matches. Nice people too. Anyone have Clark do a trigger job on their 41?

    Model 41 trigger

I am shooting a Model 41 with a Clark barrel and Ultradot in Bullseye competition. The gun has taken me to an 861 score in a year so it's been a great run. I love the ergonomics and balance. The factory grips fit my hand perfectly and reliability has been almost perfect. I now feel that the...

Drill and tap an older K frame Model 14

Here is what I found out. In 1993 they not only started drilling and tapping 2 extra holes in the top strap of a K frame revolver but they also changed the type of rear sight used. The newer rear sight assembly has a different location for the forward seating screw that holds the factory rear...

Drill and tap an older K frame Model 14

I'll have to go back and take another look at the gun and rails. Thanks, George

Drill and tap an older K frame Model 14

So a modern gun has 3 large holes but when you drill and tap an older gun you end up with 4 holes (one small original and 3 new large)? In either case the back 3 are always the same?

Drill and tap an older K frame Model 14

So do you rely only on the back 2 new holes in this case?

Drill and tap an older K frame Model 14

I have this rail and it has the same issue as the EGW and Weaver. The front hole is off by a fraction of a hole diameter.

Drill and tap an older K frame Model 14

I have a 70's era Model 14-3 that I want to drill and tap for a scope rail. I have a couple of rail options which all have the 3 holes in the same place. They all claim that these 3 holes work for a modern pre-drilled revolver so I assume that they reflect the current factory hole pattern. I see...

    Bullseye Revolver

Is that the automatic target stock or the Camp Perry gun stock? Thanks, George
