So, the threaded end may need to be shortened? Are we talking about shortening the rod with the knurled end that snaps into the pin under the barrel? Shortening the threaded end that is threaded into the shell ejector?

If the center pin is short than how would removing metal, making it shorter, work? I believe it is very clean, however, I haven't dis assembled the cylinder other than taking the cylinder off of the frame. I did not unscrew the ejector rod. I will do that and inspect the cylinder. Again, if its...
