    M&P 22 LR Compact

I love it! Buy it. You will love it too! It compares with the Ruger SR22 in my opinion. Both run most any ammo. Very similar dimensions. Both accurate but not track drivers. Just lots of fun! sent from my Lumia Icon Windows Phone using Tapatalk

    M&P22 Compact Range Report

I'm only 375 rounds in, but 100% with Golden Bullets, Federal Bulk 550, and standard velocity CCI. I really enjoy this firearm! sent from my Lumia Icon Windows Phone using Tapatalk

    M&P .22 Ammo Ejection Issues

I'm kinda nerdy and actually record what ammo I shoot... Overall Federal American Eagle is the worst at 7% failure across guns. Federal bulk 1.2%, Winchester bulk 1.3%... Of course CCI comes in best at mini mag .6% and standard at .2% failures. That said, each gun I have likes different ammo...

    M&P 22 Compact

I own both, and as was mentioned earlier, they compare favorably to each other. Not identical though. Height is the same with the Shield extended magazine. Grip is shaped slightly different, but has the same overall "finger wrap" distance. If your hand fits the Shield it will fit the 22C...

    M&P 22 Compact

Because Smith and Wesson can #makefunfunner ? Ha! I'm in the same boat as you. I LOVE my Ruger SR22. Have had only a handful of misfires in a couple thousand rounds. I now own the M&P 22 Compact and it's a super fun firearm also. As a first firearm choice, I would still recommend the...

    M&P 22 Compact - first outing.

Got mine out today and put 150 rounds of various ammo through it perfectly. So easy to shoot, and enjoyable! Smith & Wesson have a winner here, and they are right... they do know how to #makefunfunner =)

    M&P Compact 22--LE pricing?

Wow! I thought I got a pretty great price at $275, but Palmetto really has it cheap! =)

M&P22 vs M&P22 Compact Grip Comparison??

I don't know if you have an M&P Shield, but it's nearly identical to the height of the Shield grip with the extended mag in it. It has about the same overall "finger wrap" as the Shield, but with just a slightly different feel to it. Overall, your fingers will wrap around to the same location...

    Sights for old farts

This is kinda old school, but I went to Claire's Boutique with my daughter and purchased the most obnoxious pink neon (strawberry scented) nail polish. Dipped in a toothpick, and filled in that front sight. I love it now. Super easy to pick up on target.

    Tulammo

I had the same experiences... the 50 round box was great, and the 100 round plastic can had one complete dud, and one that the rim of the casing sheered off of when it went to eject. The casing came out fine, but freaked me out enough that I field stripped it to be sure there wasn't anything...

Please give advise on IWB and OWB for new shield 9mm.

Aliengear IWB holster. Safariland 5378 GLS for OWB. You may want to consider a pocket holster, as the Shield is a great size for that too.

    Walter CCP vs Shield

... or you could put the larger mag on the Shield and get nearly the same result, now that I think of it. Ha!

    Walter CCP vs Shield

I agree that this falls between the two sizes... But I bet that they are hoping to pull from the group of people who might consider the Shield, but want to have a full grip and (I'd you believe the advertising) a smoother shot with low recoil. It remains to be seen if this ends up being a size...

    Walter CCP vs Shield

My thoughts exactly... I've been trying to invent reasons to carry the CCP instead of the shield. It's almost a half inch larger in every direction though. I know I will own that firearm at some point anyhow!

    Walter CCP vs Shield

I was at the NRA convention in Indy and visited the Walther booth... I'm completely obsessed with the CCP. It melted in my hands, was beautiful, had a great trigger, and the rep who shot it said that it was the softest nine he's ever shot. The Shield is certainly smaller. It's what I carry, and...
