i cannot recall ammo, all i know is i buy 40 and shoot them. but my SD40VE jams as well and is much better after i've taken it apart and cleaned it as you have. the only issue i'm having now that is a real concern is the trigger pin coming out only during firing.

i know this exact thing you're talking about. when i walk my clip rattles in the gun as well. thought this was normal though? it is annoying though.

wish i could say the same. bought my SD40VE on Dec 26th and have been to the range 4 times, 40 rounds each time and its jammed every time i've been as well as the trigger pin continues to come out during operation. i however cannot push the trigger pin out, though, i do push it back in before...
