They had the set 686 still there
They had the set, Called this morning they sold the 617 but they still have the matching 686. The 686 is still there for $500 buck also. I asked why they didn't try to sell it as a set and the guy just replied that's not the way they were listed. Well I guess...
Just go with the Pro in 9mm versus trying to save money by having an upper smithed. You will either spend more money than the pro with a quality build or have more headaches with a cheap build. The 9mm's I have been playing with seem to get extremly accurate with the 147 hp's. Rock River is no...
I did this myself with a Springfield 1911 in 40 caiber. Sent it off to Irv Stone at Barsto barrels. He's being doing 357 sig barrels for the 1911 for a long time now. Shoots great using Novak adjustables on the gun. You can do any 10mm or 40 S&W 1911 with a simple barrel change.

2. Take the Colt in to your Dealer and see if he will take...
Swapped for a 629 Mtn Gun
I had one for about 4 years honestly sat in the safe most of the time. It's great 44 special as many have posted. I just couldn't shoot through the recoil. My decision was made when several of us were out shooting. Between a 500 Smith a Freedon 454 casull and the 329...
Just got these in from a family who think they are worth a lot more than I think they are worth. Story goes that they have been in the family since 1899 and that they are original. The holster were supposedly made in the 1960's. I believe them to be have been nickeled/chromed at that time but...
