Just picked up a CS40-10MM conversion off of gunbroker a couple of months ago. Have not shot it yet but the work looks good. Currently have it loaded with DRT 105gr. TMJ. My thoughts are the lighter weight bullet having less recoil on the small frame CS40.
That is a damn fine pistol for sure!!! Idiots on gunbroker are thinking their 1006's are worth a grand or if you live in the communist state of California it's 1500.00+. Those are not selling but that is the asking opening bid for a lot of them.

Well I totally know why the tens are popular and in demand. but I keep seeing 1006's selling higher than 1026's. That I don't get. Same size but with decockers in different places. But in theory with the 1026's being so much rarer I would have thought they would bring more money. I love EM...
Does anyone here know or have a guess as to why the Smith and Wesson 1006 models are demanding such high prices when compared to the rarer versions like the 1026, 1066, 1076, and the 1086? I find it hard to believe that the most common model should demand higher prices.
