That is exactly what my rounds looked like. It seems you may have the same issue. I would definitely find a S&W warranty center near you if possible.

That is what the sheet says. I can definitely feel the difference when I pull the charging handle back. It feels smooth now, unlike before, it kind of felt rough. I am new to the AR platform so I didn't know what it was supposed to feel like. I do now!

[/IMG] Well just received the rifle back today. Looks like there was an actual issue and not user related (phewww). I will update the thread again when I get to shoot and test the repair. Above you will see the report that was sent by S&W.

I am hoping for the best. All my research says that S&W has excellent warranty service. I have an M&P 9 and a Shield in 9mm. I have had zero issues with either firearm, and they each have about 1k rounds through them.

HST 124. Feeds without a problem in mine. Lots of positive reviews on this ammo. Expansion is great out of the Shield.

In my research it seems that S&W will send a sheet explaining what work was completed. When that happens I will upload an image, if that does not violate the forum terms.

Even tried a metal mag that a fellow range person let me use, to the same result.

I did use the factory mag, to the same end result.

Hello all. I am new to these forums. I have recently purchased an M&P Sport. I had it for about a week, watched many videos on cleaning and caring for an AR platform. Performed said cleaning and lubricating (clp). Took the rifle to the range and got very frustrated with constant FTF stoppages...
