    Model 60 Pro

+1 on the above rear sites.I also like the 60 Pro so much it replaced my Speed Six as my HD gun.The action is smoother and I like the night sites.

    Model 60 Pro

I really like my Model 60 Pro and the matte finish is perfect.I have had mine about 3 years and after multiple range trips it still looks great.I also clean it like any stainless gun and use Birchwood Casey lead removing cloths on it every time I clean it.The matte finish also doesn't get...

Which revolver should I sell: 686 mountain gun, or 60 Pro Series?

I'd keep the Model 60 Pro,great little gun.I love the way it feels. The 686 is way heavier to lug around and I find the 686 harder to shoot well, but that maybe just me.

    Model 60 Pro 3"

I have had one for about 2 years.Great gun, smooth action and a tack driver. It is my only revolver with an IL but I like it so much it is my home defense gun.My son and daughters also enjoy shooting it.A very well balanced revolver.2 thumbs up.

Model 67 (no dash) comes home

Paid $500 last year with aftermarket grips which I replaced.I consider it a bargain at that price.Enjoy it.

Price check on a 640 no dash

Paid $475 last year before The Great Gun Rush of 2013. It was lightly used with original grips,no box or papers [It's a gun not a dog]. It's a great gun and I wouldn't sell it!

    Model 63 /17 question

I have a Model 63 which after about 50-100 round the shells become really hard to eject and the cylinder doesn't freely turn.I have been told by people on the forum to bring a brush to the range and clean out the cylinders after about 50 rounds. Are you talking about a bronze brush or something...

    Model 60 3" - Good Multi-Purpose Gun?

I have multiple S&W revolvers and my Model 60-15 Pro is my only one from this millennium and has an IL,but I still love it and of all my guns it is my home defense gun loaded with Hornady Crictical Defense 38 special 110 grain FTX.My daughters like it way more then my other guns including my Sig...

    Is old ammo safe?

About 1994 I purchased a used 624 Lew Horton Special and until recently it sat in a drawer in my office(for business not home defense) with about 8 boxes of Winchester 200 grain STHPs and 1 box of Winchester Western RN.I wish I knew what I paid for a box back then..The office is dry and the ammo...

    Model 63 cylinder not turning

I am pretty new to shooting 22lr revolvers and I had my Model 63,no dash at the range. It was fine in single action but after about 50 rounds in double action it got progressively harder to pull the trigger and the cylinder got hard to turn. This usually happened after the 3rd or 4th round in the...

    649 CC and Holster Questions

After much research I decided on getting either a 640 or 642 no lock for CC.Yesterday at my LGS they only had a 642 with a lock and were unsure when the no locks could be obtained. Then in the used gun case I saw the most beautiful revolver I had ever seen[at least on this visit]It was a 649 No...
