I got mine back last Wednesday, yesterday was the first time out since the fix. Happy to say it worked without a hiccup. 200 rounds and no fte no ftf and best of all no oob. I am once again a happy S+W owner. So moral to the story is send it in and you too can be shooting in no time.

Well got mine back yesterday, same story as the original poster, new springs, new mag, brought to current specs, also appeared to have been cleaned. Two week turnaround for mine which I think was very good. Hopefully the last I have to worry about this. Will be trying out this weekend.

The shipper must inform the FedEx employee accepting the shipment that the package contains a firearm.
They got mine yesterday, I sent the mag back because that is what the instruction said to do. I hope I get a new mag but really I just want it fixed so I can shoot it without fear. That might take a few thousand rounds though. Maybe they could send a couple of boxes of ammo? Just kidding.

Federal bulk ammo, oob discharge. It didnt blow the extractor out but did mangle the .22 casing and blew powder etc into my face. Until this happened the rifle was shooting perfectly.
