I hope they do build it ... I have 3 Colts and a Wilson in 9mm and would love a S&W. 9mm 1911;s are just fun.

Did the 4" 547 9mm revolver ever come with porting as a factory option. Some say S&W sent guns out in the 80's for porting as a "factory" option. I have seen at least one example of this porting on a 547 - What are your thoughts?

I have a S&W 646 40 moon clip gun ... I load the metal moon clips with two 2x4's ... one 2x4 as a base and one as a "tapping tool". Just set the 40 on the edge of the clip and tap it in. Workes like a champ. I have the small de-mooning tool for removal. I can insert my 625's 45's in moon...
