just to clarify, you reset the slide when you dry fire while still having the trigger pressed, right? Press trigger and hold it all the way back, reset the slide, then slowly release the trigger until it resets. I know thats obvious, but I thought Id ask

I purchased a square triggered 5903 and it came with black followers on a 14 round marked magazine. I changed the followers to the orange ones and now stuff them each with 15 rounds... thanks to the info from this forum lol
I wouldnt call it stupid cuz we use glocks and m&p's. they do not have safety's. with shotguns they train with using the safety. I never went to rifle school so i dont know, but my assumption is that they also use the safety
