That's a good question, I have about 1500 through my mp fs but I do field strip after each use. I was kind if wondering the same thing lately.

I purchased the kit a few months ago too, I got the 9. I absolutely love the gun and the kit. I got a good price from Cabela's, they had 10% off all guns when I bought it so i got it for 565$ out the door.

I totally agree, great customer service, he worked with me big time and getting what I wanted. Will definitely be going back and highly recommended.

I don't have a Shield but, I do have a FS and have shot around 300 TulAmmo through mine, no problems at all, cycles good just like the rest of the other ammo. Good thing about the TulAmmo, I think I paid $9.97 per 50. Can't beat that for range ammo. =D

You are right, I have been doing some research on it. Putting in a different SHB with the hole in it would work, but since my gun has the safety cutouts in it, people have been saying it doesn't fit flush and you would have to grind parts of it. I'm not too fond of grinding anything on my gun...

I've been looking for some for my m&p as well. The Tru-Glo ones are pretty nice and like you said, reasonably priced.

I ordered the right kit but, I guess SW changed the SHB in the newer models and neither kit will fit. It seems APEX would write that on their website, only fits certain models manufactured before a certain. Who knows though. I am very pleased with their customer service. I definitely will be...

I talked to them about an hour ago and they confirmed that the kit will not fit my gun. I emailed them, and less than two hours later, they called me. One of the best customer services I've seen in a long time. They also stated that they are working on manufacturing the RAM, can't wait for it...

I think you are right. I've checke a few other forums and people say SW changed their shb on the new models and neither of them will fit. I just wanted some more thought on the situation.

I just watched another video and the guys gun had the little lever like mine but, the whole sear block housing was different. I am just baffled. lol Thanks for the reply though. =D
