A friend of mine has a Model 60 and is wondering what the date of manufacture would be and if it has any collector's value. He's not computer savvy, and I'm not S&W savvy, so I'm helping him out. :) Serial number is: R259722 Any help? Thanks in advance!

I'm surprised no votes for IMR-4064. I found out that Federal uses it in their .308 Gold Medal Match round, and I've had terrific success with it in that round. I am going to work up a load for my Springfield 1903s with it next, .30-06.
