    Try to find the 4516-2, a much better frame. Stronger than 4516. Have carried seen they were made.

    Model 610-2 10mm info needed.

    Last few 610-2's that I purchased cost me $550. for 6.5inch, $670. for 6.5 inch, and $730.for 3 inch That was a couple years ago and 3 inch 610-2's prices have gone nuts.

    610 series To the best of my knowledge - 3" - 300 made, a special run of non-fluted, no-lock models made for and smithed by Lew Horton, if you've ever shot one you'll know how smooth a revolver's trigger should be. 5" - 1900 made, the first of the 610's produced, all with fluted cylinders...

    WalMart bulk ammo and the 617?

    I think you might be misleading to think ammo costs will go down for any reason. $19. for 550 rounds of .22lr is a good deal with the cost of metals using todays failing dollar value.

    617 Envy

    That was a great price for 1990, as the dealer cost was $435. NIB with ship. Wish I had purchased a lot more then the few that I got.

    S & W 10mm autos

    Reloading will fix any ammo problem with any caliber. There is plenty of new brass available from Winchester, Remington, and Starline. Work a good load up for the type of shooting you do and you will also get better ammo then factory. Some of us older guys still use Bullseye for powder.

    Austrailian Smith & Wesson model 66s

    Does anyone know which importer/distributor is getting the thousands of Police trade-in S&W model 66's coming from Austrailia ? Would like a heads up if anyone hears who it is.
