    I think it is old forge style. The gun is a Model 36 no dash made in 1958. It is the hammer type with firing pin attached.

    i picked up my sigma S&W

    I bought my SW9VE on New Year's Eve (online). Been to the range once so far and I love the gun. I just can't decide if I want to CC it or keep carrying my trusty Model 36.

    Hello from North Georgia

    Hi everyone. My wife recently bought me a Model 36 for our 30th anniversary. I did some research on it and found out that it is as old as I am....... 50 years old. It is in better shape than I am in!!!!!! This is a great site about great guns. PS Right after I got my gun I got my permit to carry.
