    bad eyes and new sights

hi everyone, I need some help with picking the best sight for me. My eyes are to the point when I shoot my mp9 full size, with factory sights I just don't see three dots, more like a white oval shape. Been looking on line for sights and the xl big dot I would think could solve my problem. The...

Color me puzzled - Any ideas??

When I first read your post it reminded me of a month ago range shoot with my son. I gave him my mp9c a year ago and he was shooting it and I was shooting my Glock 17 gen 4. I have a shell catcher on the bench that was set up for me and when my son shot the mp9c, all of the 9mm wwb 115 gr. went...

    Large Pistol Mag. Primers

I went threw my reloading inventory and found that I am low on standard large pistol primers. Checked around and all the reloading shops were out of standard large pistol, but mag. primers were all well stocked. I know there is not as big of a demand for mag. primers and some reloading manuals...

    Best use for IMR 4227?

I tried it in my 357, do to having problems finding my go to powders. I found it very accurate and now I might just start using it over my 2400 110 and blue dot.

    442 or 642

I have a 642 and no wear at all and put a dot of orange flow paint for a front bead. Still stays on after 3-years.

    44 Mag. Ammo Recommendations

Mag tech is good ammo, American eagle is hot ammo for target shooting. PMC is a little lighter. Fed. champion is lighter also . wwb good. Save your brass, a simple lee classic reloader will pay back very fast and you can reload 44 special loads in 44 mag cases. 44 mag. will be easier to find...

    new or used .357?

For me I reload and full house mag. loads will not be reloaded for range shooting. I think most of us just load down a 357 case to 38 special +p and get the best of both worlds. Only wore out revolvers I see were very old 38sw types. Metal has came a long way and S&W or Rugers will hold up fine...

    686-4

Last week I was on a road trip to find 90 gr. bullets for reloading my 380 and came to a local LGS and they were out. But saw in the used glass case a 686-4 with a 4" barrel. Sticker was $368.00, I thought it must be shot out or something wrong, seemed low for a 686 plus. Looked it over and it...

    .22 rimfire vs. my sweat

I would look into a center fire light weight pistol. Most sd ammo costs more because of better seal of primers, bullet and powder. I only use cci mini mag. in my pistols. Or stingers etc. bulk pack is only good for target ammo and now that I have bought a ruger single six 22lr. You can feel the...

    apex hard sear

Just wanted to let you guy's know that I had great luck working on my mp9c. I put only a apex fully machine sear in and it made a big change to the trigger pull and it was very easy to install. Before the trigger pull was 6 1/2 lb on the trigger gauge. After the install it dropped down to 4 1/4...

    what my mp9c loves

I feel cheap! but mp9c shoots wwb 147 grain fmj and hp like no tomorrow ! tried all the high buck ammo and all over the paper. I live in mn and cold weather brings out all the thick leather jackets and sweaters. Don't want my ammo to ever! over kill x2 but I just always get great groups. I need...
