I have plenny of 22 ammo and there is lots of 30-06 ammo available for my soon to have hunting rifle. Choices are down to a Browning A bolt, Remington 700 and Weatherby Vanguard...either one that I can get at or below $500 smackeroos will be my new hunting rifle.

Youtube is an awesome resource for all things 15-22. I've watched as people have changed grips, disassembled and assembled the gun, cleaning and trigger jobs. I'm very handy but anxiety hits me when taking something apart for the first time that I'm not familiar with...it is not the taking it...

Magpul MOE has a nice storage area with a base and at a reasonable price. I like the grip a lot and the storage area is a bonus.
