Years ago I had an older man tell me this.
“You’re only as good as the people you surround yourself with. And hopefully they are much smarter than you “.
I believe it to be an ammo issue. Two weeks ago during a range session I had several issues with hard primers.
This happened with Underwood Extreme Defender 9MM, 38 Spl, and 357.
Multiple guns and shooters were involved. So it wasn’t a gun issue.
I’ve since gone back to Federal HST.
I bought my 17-4 a few months ago. Absolutely no wear on the gun. Since it was in pristine condition, I asked if I should shoot it or not. The gang here said SHOOT IT!
So I did.
It is and will always be more accurate than I can hold it.
But on a rest, it’s the most accurate 22 I’ve ever shot.
Silicone gun socks will protect your guns during and after a fire.
During a fire the gun socks will help keep the temperature down on your guns.
After a fire the socks will prevent rust.
In the event of a fire, the fire seal on the door will expand when it reaches a certain temperature...
Chief,
Actually, my gas mileage improved by 1.5 MPG since the switch.
So over the course of a year, I at least break even.
Now if I keep it under 70, I might save more. ;)
I just switched to Amsoil. Paid $100 for five quarts and a filter.
Because that’s what Chief recommend a few months ago.
Now I’m second guessing myself.
Thanks a lot Chief!!!!
