I'll put it this way...if I gotta bug out I'm grabbing a trifecta that can shoot .38 spl/.38 spl +p; a 686 PowerPort, a 642, and a Cobra Derringer; conclusion based on what I said...HELL NO!!!

right now I have Federal Nyclad 125 gr non +p that is the primary load in my S&W 442; I have since added a Ruger SP101 in .357 mag and might get some Remington Golden Sabre 125 gr +p's as they seem more readily available in the older green/gold boxes & the new black/red HD boxes

I like the Federal American Eagle the best for consistency from cartridge to cartridge, but I have a bunch of bulk reloaded hardcast SWC's from mastercast.net to use up; I've used the Blazer from time to time, but the powder deposits in the cylinder seemed heavier & the expanded aluminum cases...

maybe they are the intended 158gr LRN bullets (for their Super-X & Cowboy loads) that get banged up during factory processing and lose a few grains of lead, hence the 150gr weight in the white box loads...
