I ordered this today... Riser Mount Picatinny-style 1-2 A 4" long .5" riser. It should be what I need to get my scope (a Pursuit X1) centered.

I own a M&P15-22 and bought a Pursuit X1 dot scope. If my calculations are correct, a 1/2 inch riser (which I just ordered today) should work to put the sight on center, in my case. The iron sights are standard non-folding.

Kind of ironic that 10 and 25 round mags are sold out everywhere, but you can still get your hands on 50 round drums! :P
